The sound was high pitched,
screamin in2 my ears, the
sound of stillness ringing like a thousand bronze bells,
the warmth of Death breathin over me...
forcing my eyes to close...but no,
i wanted to stay, moment or two...or more...
Cruel and heartless, the cold finger touched me,
the pain it freezin my spine,
it wouldnt let me turn back and see it again...
life was movin away...time was seepin thru my fingers...
i had lost...
but, i couldnt lose,
becos i was far from what i dreamt of me,
far from the stars i had wanted...
and the Darkness wanted me...
The Shadow hovered over me,
to give the embrace and the final
Anger | I am a wandering soul, one chasing a dream, a dream whose beauty is so, that it eludes my touch. The closer I come, the farther it moves into the Dark night. But I will not falter, nor will I pause, for a breath lost, is lost in vain. My life has a cause, a destiny revealed in the dream, darkness shall be my guide and solitude my friend, and I will not fail, for its the Dreamer's Mystique that is in me. |
